The problem

Do you always feel busy? You never get everything done despite having a dozen to do lists. In fact the to do lists aren’t helping. Instead they are constantly nagging you to just get one more thing done and so you feel guilty every time you sit down and try to relax. You never quite manage to get on top of the laundry and it’s not uncommon for you to open the fridge and find it empty, meaning it’s a takeaway for dinner again.

At work you feel overwhelmed. No matter how much you try to plan you’re always being interrupted and end up finishing those reports at home in the evening when the kids have gone to bed. The number of emails you receive every day seems endless and your phone is constantly buzzing.

Try to imagine a life where you feel in control. You never work overtime. Instead your day always finishes at 5pm and you log off knowing that you got everything done that you planned for the day. Your home life runs like clockwork as you’ve got systems and habits that you follow, which enables you to make space on the weekend to spend time with your family instead of always catching up on the household chores.

The solution

Making changes on your own can be hard and that’s where coaching comes in. I can help you examine how you are spending your time. You will have the space to think about what you’d like to be doing with your days and I’ll give you a tool to examine where your time currently goes. During our sessions I will give you lots of ideas of how to plan and manage your time better. I will challenge how you think about things and keep you accountable as you make changes in order to create the life that you want.

I expect that you’re wondering what this is going to cost and how long it will take to see those changes that I’m promising. The answers are £420 and 12 weeks. That’s twelve one hour sessions via Zoom. The total cost is £420 for the 12 sessions, which you can make in two payments of £210. That’s just £35 per session.
